Terms of Service
Last updated October 18, 2026
These terms cover your use of EverOpen, an AI assistant that answers calls and chats for your business. By creating an account or paying for the service, you agree to them.
The service
EverOpen answers calls forwarded to your EverOpen line and chats on your website, collects the caller’s details, and sends them to you. It can book appointments into the hours you set. It is an assistant, not a replacement for your judgment: always review job details before acting on them.
Emergencies
The assistant may give basic safety guidance (for example, leaving a building that smells of gas, or shutting off a water valve) and will tell callers to contact emergency services when appropriate. EverOpen is not an emergency service and does not dispatch anyone.
Your responsibilities
- Give accurate information about your services, prices, hours and service area.
- Use the service lawfully, including any call-recording notice and consent rules that apply where you and your callers are.
- Don’t use EverOpen for automated marketing calls or texts.
- Keep your account login secure.
Fees and cancellation
The service is billed monthly, plus a one-time setup fee, at the prices shown when you sign up. There is no long-term contract: you can cancel at any time, and the service runs to the end of the period you have paid for. Setup fees are not refundable once setup is complete.
Availability
We work to keep EverOpen running around the clock, but we can’t promise it will never be interrupted. Because of that, keep your own voicemail as a fallback.
Liability
EverOpen is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost jobs, lost profits or indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will email you before it takes effect.
